The Officina chair, designed by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec for the publisher Magis, is distinguished by its atypical design. With an irregular structure in wrought iron, it recalls the thousand-year-old dimension of hammering and forging iron. The two French designers wanted to revive the contemporary industrial spirit with a vintage object that has proven itself since antiquity. Thanks to its wrought iron base, the Officina chair is able to withstand the unstable conditions of the outdoor environment. It can be used in the garden as well as in the living room or the kitchen. Its rounded shape optimizes the space in a bar or on a café terrace. The seat and backrest are made of glass-fiber reinforced polypropylene for a comfortable sitting position. With a height of 80 cm and a width of 58 cm, the Officina chair takes up little space in the interior. The seat depth of 54 cm invites you to relax and unwind. Its original design harmonizes perfectly with the stools and tables of the Officina collection from the Italian furniture manufacturer.
