Vertigo Medium Suspension | Ø 140cm

The Vertigo suspension, designed by Constance Guisset for her final year project, has become a veritable icon for Petite Friture. Right from the start, it attracted the attention of the Milan gallery Rossana Orlandi, and has since found its way into a number of permanent collections, including the MAD, Cape Town and the Moma!

The challenge was an ambitious one: to create a graphic suspension of impressive size, while at the same time making it light and airy. Mission accomplished with brio, as the 2010 edition of the Vertigo suspension was a great success. Its wraparound structure of polyurethane ribbons creates an intimate space, and when lit, the ribbons cast an elegant shadow on the ceiling.

The Vertigo suspension lamp, also available in diameters of 110 cm (in black or white only) or 200 cm, is equally at home in large and small spaces, creating a unique and warm atmosphere. Its ultra-light fibreglass structure is tensioned by velvety-feel polyurethane ribbons, and it fascinates as it comes to life, swaying in the breeze.

- with an LED-compatible wall-mounted dimmer switch and a Globe LED E27 dimmable bulb, max. diam. 10 cm. The quality of the dimming will depend on the quality of the dimmer and the bulb.

- with a Globe LED E27 "connected" bulb, max. diam. 10 cm. No wall-mounted dimmer required, control via app/Bluetooth with optimum dimming quality.

- The integrated LED also offers optimum dimming quality, it requires an LED-compatible wall dimmer-switch.

Advice :
- Before ordering: Make sure the 110cm size fits your space.
- Assembly: Two people are needed to unfold (or fold) it.
- For light cleaning, use a feather duster.
- For more thorough cleaning, use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water.
- Avoid using compressed air sprays, dry duster or any other detergent.
