On this page you will find detailed information about our delivery methods, delivery times and our stock products.
Products in stock
All our products shown as 'in stock' on our website are located at our warehouse in Cheseaux, not at our showroom in Puidoux.
If you would like to collect a product in stock from our Puidoux shop, please contact us or order on our website using the 'Collect from shop' delivery method (more info below).
In-stock products are usually dispatched on the same day as the order is placed, and arrive the next day at the customer's premises (Post Office delivery). Depending on the time of the order, the current overload or the delays of the Post Office, they may arrive the day after tomorrow (48h).
Delivery times
If the product is not in stock, it will be ordered for you from the supplier.
The times given include ordering from the supplier, manufacturing the product, delivery to our warehouse and then delivery to you.
Please note that these times are indicative. It is possible that the supplier may experience production delays beyond our control. In any case, we will keep you informed throughout the process about the progress of your order.
Delivery by post
Delivery by post is free of charge for orders over 100 CHF, otherwise it costs 18 CHF.
Furniture assembly and unpacking are not included.
Depending on the time of the order and the current overload, the products are usually shipped the same day as the order. They will then arrive at the customer's premises the next day.
Once the order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking codes from the Post Office.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the Post Office will leave you a delivery notice and you can collect your parcel at the address indicated. It is also possible to ask them to leave the parcels in front of your door, or in a secure place. To do this, you can register with their 'My Shipments' service.
Delivery with assembly
Delivery with assembly is carried out by our delivery teams, specialists in furniture assembly.
The price is calculated when the order is placed according to the items it contains and your delivery address.
For this method of delivery, the 48 hour delivery time cannot be guaranteed.
Once the order has been processed on our end, our logistics manager will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time.
Please note that the installation of the lights (suspension type, wall light, etc) is not included and will have to be done by an electrician.
In-store pick-up
Would you like to collect the products yourself from our shop? No problem!
Please note that stock items are not available in our shop in Puidoux. It therefore takes 24-48 hours from the time you place your order to the time it is ready for collection in our shop.
We will inform you once your order is ready for collection at our shop.

Please note that for products with multiple finishes/options, only one of these may be on display. When you select the product's options on our website, you will then be shown whether this variant is on display or not.
If you are unsure and would like to see a particular product on display, we recommend that you contact our shop to make sure it is still on display before getting there.

They are usually no longer in their original packaging and may show signs of use.
