Salone del Mobile 2024 : What's new at Kartell

During our recent visit to Milan Design Week 2024, we had the privilege of discovering the latest creations from the iconic brand Kartell. This year, Kartell once again captured our attention with innovative designs and renowned collaborations. Here's a glimpse of some of the new creations that stood out during our visit :

Teresa by Ferruccio Laviani 

TERESA, the new lamp by Ferruccio Laviani, features sinuous shapes reminiscent of luminous petals, creating a welcoming atmosphere. This piece is revolutionising the lighting industry with its unique shapes obtained using innovative techniques. Available in white, black, burgundy and dove grey, TERESA is also available in a limited edition in orange, light blue, petrol blue and mauve, adding a distinctive touch to any space.

Aaland & Corteza by Patricia Urquiola

The AALAND collection, designed by Patricia Urquiola, is inspired by archipelagos to create seating with organic shapes that invite conviviality. Defying the conventions of upholstery, each piece offers a unique experience of comfort and functionality. Complemented by the CORTEZA side tables and planters, evocative of natural bark, this collection combines innovation and durability for a contemporary design that respects the environment.

A.I. Family Expands by Philippe Starck

Renowned designer Philippe Starck is expanding his A.I. Family range with new pieces that are as bold as they are functional. Through his visionary design, Starck offers furniture that pushes back the boundaries of creativity while guaranteeing optimum comfort. A.I. O.R.I. stands out for its origami-inspired design, offering optimum comfort and versatility for different environments. A.I. LOUNGE, made from sustainable materials, combines comfort and modernity, and is available for both indoor and outdoor use. Finally, A.I. CONSOLE embodies innovative elegance with its minimalist design and manufacture from recycled capsules, blending perfectly into a variety of residential and commercial spaces.

Liberty Outdoor Collection

The collaboration between Kartell and Liberty fuses design and elegance in a collection of outdoor furniture, where specially designed Liberty fabrics add style and durability to iconic pieces such as the Pop sofa, Trix footstool and Cara armchair. Available in geometric and floral patterns, these fabrics offer a unique blend of style and comfort for a casual yet sophisticated outdoor experience.

Hiray by Ludovica Serafini + Roberto Palomba

The HiRay family by Ludovica Serafini + Roberto Palomba is expanding its range with a new project: a sofa with generous proportions and thicker cushions for an even softer, more comfortable seating experience, suitable for residential and contract environments. The textile research makes the product extremely versatile and suitable for outdoor use, available in white, black, rust and green, and accompanied by a complete range including a two-seater sofa, an armchair, a side table, a chair, a bistro table, a high table and a stool.

We are delighted to have been able to discover these new Kartell creations at the 2024 Milan Fair. Each piece demonstrates the brand's ongoing commitment to innovation, design and sustainability.
