Charles and Ray Eames designed the Lounge Chair in the 1950s with the aim of creating an elegant armchair with ultimate comfort. Considered today as one of the great classics of 20th century furniture design, it has been manufactured by Vitra ever since using an almost unchanged process. Available in two sizes and in different combinations of leather upholstery, wooden shells and legs, the Lounge Chair is ideally complemented by the matching Ottoman.
