More than a lamp, Taj is a three-dimensional sign, a luminous sculpture, a presence that keeps us company on a desk as well as on a piece of furniture. Although it is a table lamp, Taj freed itself from the necessity of being articulated, mechanized, structured in several parts, and found instead a simple form facilitating the function for which it was conceived. As beautiful on as when it is off, Taj uses D.E.L. technology to optimize or minimize the light source. Thanks to the company's unique know-how, it also represents a new technological challenge for Kartell. Taj is available in "naked", completely transparent, "frozen", satin plastic, and in black and white opaque versions.
