Find out more about this product
LC 14 Stool Nantes Rezé is a stool in solid chestnut lacquered with open pores, with faces, characterized by two colors of the palette of Le Corbusier: ultramarine blue and brown. The handle is simplified thanks to rectangular openings not rounded that favor the movement of the object. On the other hand, the dovetail assembly system on the corners highlights Cassina's ability to work with solid wood.
This piece of furniture is accompanied by the famous model designed in 1952 for the famous Cabanon, a refuge on the French Riviera by Lecò. The inspiration came from a case of whisky found abandoned on the beach: the result is an essential seat, a stool made with refined wood craft techniques.
