Poul Henningsen
Poul Henningsen is a Danish architect and author, born in 1894. He studied at the Technical School of Copenhagen (Teckniske Skole) and the Polyteknisk Laeranstalt School where he trained in architecture. His worldwide reputation is linked to his creation of so-called PH lamps, which he developed over 10 years and whose central concept was to provide warm and soft light.
