The luminaire emits one hundred percent glare-free light. The luminaire was designed starting from the principle of a reflective three-shade system, which directs most of the light downwards. The luminaire emits light directed downwards and, thanks to the trumpet-shaped upper shade, directed sideways, which results in the switched-on luminaire illuminating the area around it as well as itself. In the classic PH5, a warm light color is achieved thanks to the inner red cone as well as the small blue reflector.
