The majestic wooden parasol
A mast worthy of the name made from warm eucalyptus wood, lacquered several times, with an aluminium core. Stainless steel elements powder-coated in elegant silver tones.
Intelligent technology and top fabric quality to level 5. Top-quality materials and an authentic design give the Aura parasol a natural magic and dazzling elegance. Despite its impressive size, the Aura parasol is mobile and flexible. Depending on the position of the sun, the superb canopy can be tilted towards the pole or rotated around it through 360° by releasing the clamping lever. The parasol opens and closes effortlessly with just a few turns of the crank. What's more, the solidly anchored base ensures foolproof stability, even in strong winds. Natural and authentic, it will delight the most demanding consumers.
The fabric :
Fabric quality cat. 5: 100% polyacrylic fabric approx. 300 g/m², solution dyed, colour fastness 7-8, UVPROTECTION > 98%, stain, water and oil repellent, anti-mould treatment. Optimum protection against direct exposure to ultraviolet rays. Recommended for areas exposed to strong winds.
Resistance to fading (first colour changes): The higher the fabric quality (e.g. polyacrylic), the stronger the colour fastness: Level 7-8, changes from 350 to 700 days.
Protective cover: Using a protective cover can extend the life of the fabric and slow down bleaching. That's why Glatz recommends its use.
