Eva Trio sponsors the Danish national culinary team, and in the process of designing Legio Nova, we found our inspiration by observing her culinary art and the care she puts into her craft. That's why we decided to frame the center of the plate with a touch of elegance to highlight the food.
Legio Nova, like Legio, is a porcelain of the highest quality that is oven, microwave and freezer safe. The porcelain is guaranteed for 10 years. It is tested and recommended by the Danish National Culinary Team.
