Anna Castelli Ferrieri

Designer

Anna Castelli Ferrieri is one of the few women to have established herself in the world of Italian design. As an architect, urban planner and designer, she studied at the prestigious Milan Polytechnic Institute and founded the Kartell studio, known for its plastic furniture.

Interested in urban planning, she collaborates on architectural projects such as hospitals, residential and industrial buildings (Alfa Romeo factory).
At the same time, she teaches design at the Domus Academy. Rewarded by three Golden compass, her works are still being produced and exhibited in several museums such as MoMA and the Centre Georges Pompidou.
