Alberto Meda

Alberto Meda, a mechanical engineering graduate from Milan's Polytechnic School, started designing after a meeting with Giulio Castello from Kartell. Developing new objects thanks to a study of innovative plastic materials, he started his own business and worked for major brands such as Philips, Vitra... Rewarded with two Golden Compasses for his Lola and Metropoli lamps, some of his creations were exhibited at MoMA.
