Originally created in 1959 as a pendant lamp by Verner Panton, the Topan lamp has now been reinvented as a table lamp. It brings a new perspective to one of the designer's most iconic forms, transformed into a sculptural, freestanding light fixture that plays with transparency and lightness.
Available in two sizes (VP13 and VP14), the Topan floor lamp retains Panton's bold spirit while adapting to contemporary interiors. Its lacquered or plated aluminium shade elegantly reflects light, while its transparent acrylic base gives the whole piece an airy, floating feel. Both a decorative object and a light source, it embodies Panton's visionary and timeless design.

Manufacturing process
The lampshade is made from a single piece of aluminium, while the base is made from extruded acrylic cut to size. The edges of the base are flame-polished to make them smooth and transparent.
