In 2015, Verpan rediscovered a forgotten dining chair in Panton's archives. Little known to the general public, this model had only been produced briefly after its launch in 1967.

Thanks to Panton's original drawings and notes, Verpan has been able to reimagine this magnificent design according to modern standards. Conceived as a study in simplicity, Series 430 offers armchair-like comfort while retaining its clean lines. The fully-upholstered seat, supported by traditional braiding, adapts to the weight of the body and is accompanied by a wide, enveloping backrest, all mounted on a slim, elegant frame.
