Smatrik H65 | Cantilever stool

The Smatrik Indoor stool, designed by Tokujin Yoshioka for Kartell, has been specially created with a seat height of 65 cm, making it suitable for kitchen or bar tops 92 to 95 cm high. This innovative stool combines a three-dimensional lattice structure with polycarbonate, available in transparent or coloured finishes, offering both style and functionality.

Its unique design plays with light to create a captivating visual effect, while providing a comfortable, robust seat that's perfect for everyday indoor use. The polycarbonate used is known for its glass-like clarity and impact resistance, ensuring the stool is durable and easy to maintain.

New polycarbonate 2.0, a material which, during the synthesis phase, uses a renewable raw material derived from the cellulose and paper industry. The production process for this material is ISCC (International Sustainability and Carbon Certification) certified.

Polycarbonate: This material is highly prized for its strength, lightness and clarity, similar to that of glass. It is particularly resistant to impact and extreme temperatures, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. Easy to mould, it can be used to create varied and complex designs. What's more, it's recyclable, adding an ecological dimension to its many practical qualities.
