Piuma | Carbon fibre chair

The Piuma chair, designed by Piero Lissoni for Kartell, is a real innovation in the world of design and materials technology. Launched in 2016, it was awarded a Red Dot Award best of the best in 2017.

The chair is the first Kartell product to use a material as advanced as carbon fibre in an injection moulding process, resulting in a remarkably thin seat, no more than 2mm thick, and unrivalled lightness at just 2.2kg.
