PH80 Portable | Portable lamp

The PH 80 Portable pays tribute to Poul Henningsen and his ‘PH series’ by transposing its multi-shade principle into a portable version. Originally designed in 1974 to celebrate the designer's 80th birthday, the PH 80 diffuses indirect, soft, glare-free light thanks to its overlapping shades that direct and reflect the light flow.

This portable version retains the timeless aesthetic of the historic model while adopting contemporary uses: USB-C charging, continuous dimming and a built-in battery to accompany everyday life at home and in professional spaces. The opaline finishes and choice of colours for the cone allow for elegant integration into classic or modern interiors.

Materials & finishes:
Moulded opaline PMMA shades; transparent PC diffuser; cone, heat sink, top of base and base in cast aluminium, base in extruded aluminium. Opal white lampshades; red or white cone; white or black acrylic top of base; white or shiny chrome base; black or white base.

Technical specifications:
- Power supply: USB-C cable (1.5 m) supplied, without adapter.
- Control: Switch on the base; white indicator light on during charging.
- Battery: 2 rechargeable and replaceable LiPo batteries.
- Battery life: approx. 5 hours at 100%.
- Dimming: continuous dimming (progressive dimming, user-adjustable from 3000K to 1800K).

Important notes:
- Use a compatible USB-C adapter (not supplied).
- Batteries can be replaced by the user.
