Inspired by Danish hygge, designer Simon Legald created the Hyg furniture series. When the series was introduced in 2018, it consisted of a 2-seater sofa, lounge chairs and a footstool. In 2020, the line expands with a chair and bar stool that share the characteristics of the lounge series: the hearty, organic curves designed with sublime comfort in mind.The concept of hygge is about feeling good - safety, warmth and comfort are all part of its DNA, and it is precisely these qualities that make up the Hyg collection. With the new models, the range - and comfort - expands further, and new possibilities are opened up for creating consistent environments with dining and relaxation areas.
