Simon Legald drew inspiration from Danish hygge for his design of the Hyg furniture series, where soft lines and enveloping contours create an intimate and cozy space. When launched in 2018, the series consisted of a two-seater sofa, armchairs and a footstool. In 2020, a chair and a bar stool will be added to the range. Both show the characteristic features of the lounge series: friendly, organic curves, created for outstanding comfort, hygge means to be comfortable.
Safety, warmth and comfort are part of the DNA of this very special feeling, and these characteristics are the initial parameters for the Hyg series. With the new models, the series - and the coziness - continues to unfold, making it possible to create coherent room scenarios with dining and lounge areas.
