Jean Nouvel
Jean Nouvel is a French architect born in 1945, internationally renowned, who studied architecture at the École des beaux-arts in Bordeaux and then at the École nationale supérieure des beaux-arts in Paris. He created his first firm with François Seigneur, and was appointed architect of the Biennale in Paris.
His first success, the Maison Dick, allowed him to be selected for the realization of the Opéra de Lyon, the Fondation Cartier but also projects in Tokyo, Madrid... Passionate about metal and glass, he was awarded the Pritzker Prize in 2008 for all his works.
