The rugs in the &Tradition Collect collection, the SC84 and SC85, are made by skilled craftsmen in Bikaner, India. They are made from natural undyed wool woven by hand on a loom. Production process :
Carpets are made in India by skilled weavers on a hand loom. The carpets are woven flat by 2 or 3 weavers working simultaneously. It takes about a day to produce a carpet. The carpet is then removed from the loom and the edges are bound by hand to fix the carpet and finalise its overall shape.
