Designed for HAY by Norwegian designer Andreas Bergsaker, the Chisel Lounge Chair is a contemporary yet timeless take on the timeless moulded plywood chair.

Named after the classic carpentry tool, Chisel was created from the desire to design a solid wood chair with a distinctive silhouette that would stand the test of time. Developed with optimum craftsmanship and ergonomics in mind, the chair's soft, organic seat and back offer support in a visually inviting way, complemented by sloping legs that echo Chisel references with their distinctive bevelled edges.

The Chisel Lounge Chair's wide range of wood types, colours and front upholstery options (on request from our showroom), combined with its compact size, make it ideal for use in most domestic and public environments, from living rooms and bedrooms to waiting rooms, halls and libraries.
