Everything around us is made up of colours that affect us in one way or another. No colour is without meaning or context. It is magical to see how the presence and absence of colour influences not only a room but also our state of mind, bringing calm and energy.
Claudia Valsells has designed the Tones collection, which focuses on colour. Four carpet designs that provide a distinctive, harmonious, rhythmic and sensitive touch, with colour as the primary tool. The collection is based on a design that invites you to experience the rug, inviting people or furniture into the middle of it rather than just being spectators of the room.
The collection presents an infinite wealth of nuances, highlighting the chromatic harmony reminiscent of musical notes. For the artist, the transition from her usual medium of paint to the nuances and textures of fibres and wool was a very interesting challenge. Clàudia Valsells has once again demonstrated her mastery of colour, this time by surprising us with the new medium of carpet.


The latest step in terms of sustainability is the achievement of the climate neutrality certification. After developing a carbon reduction and offsetting programme, nanimarquina is opting for a zero-emission future.
