Emi Floor is a low-glare floor lamp, designed to provide precise and comfortable lighting, suitable for both domestic environments and reception areas.
The Emi collection stems from the ambition to incorporate the technology and quality of the professional world into a compact design. It is based on a patented anti-glare optical unit, developed by Flos, which guarantees precise light control whilst maintaining high efficiency.
Based on the concept of the ‘luminous shadow’, light is emitted through deep cones, concealing the source for a controlled, glare-free effect. This approach allows for extreme cut-off angles whilst maintaining great versatility of use.
The independent control of the Up & Down light beams, via touch sensors integrated into the top of the stem, allows the intensity to be finely adjusted as required.
Its design is based on a distinctive triangular geometry, visible throughout its structure. This principle, both aesthetic and structural, optimises the use of materials whilst offering a balanced and unique visual presence.
Designed to last, Emi Floor is fully dismantlable. Its components, made from recyclable aluminium and assembled without glue or welding, facilitate repair, replacement of parts and end-of-life recycling.
