Created by designer Sigurd Rothe for Casala, the Curvy chair has proven its worth for over 20 years in a wide range of settings around the world. Its timeless design combines a slender steel wire frame with a seat and backrest featuring soft, flowing lines, making it ideal for conference, training, event and community spaces.
Lightweight and easy to handle, Curvy allows for optimised stacking and storage whilst taking up minimal space. When used with the dedicated transport trolleys, up to 45 chairs can be stored in a small area of 0.6 m². The integrated stacking protection system also helps to preserve the furniture’s surfaces over the long term.
The seat and backrest are made from 100% recycled material and available in 15 contemporary colours. The steel wire base also incorporates a high proportion of recycled material whilst meeting requirements for robustness and durability. At the end of its life, the chair is fully recyclable.
