We are proud to be the first SME with fewer than 50 employees to be awarded the Fair-ON-Pay Aware label.

This process, carried out with the support of Comp-On, has enabled us to question, refine and validate a remuneration model that we have been applying for several years.

This label today confirms our determination to make equal pay a concrete and lasting reality within Batiplus.
