Belvedere Tech captures the spirit of the original model designed by Ludovica Serafini & Roberto Palomba, transposing the refinement of Viennese wickerwork into a contemporary language suited to outdoor use. Inspired by the Belvedere Palace in Vienna, a symbol of artistic and cultural traditions, this version revisits the historic cane weave motif using a technopolymer woven specifically for outdoor use.
This technical weave, which is flexible, resistant and stable in changing weather conditions, becomes the chair's true signature. It evokes craftsmanship while benefiting from Kartell's own material advances, offering lasting and graphic seating comfort. The recycled thermoplastic structure with mineral filler simply accompanies this contemporary expression of the motif, bringing lightness and ease of maintenance.
