Designed by Charles and Ray Eames, the seat shell of the Wire Chair echoes the shape of the Eames Plastic Side Chair. Mounted on the legendary “Eiffel Tower” base, the DKR combines transparency and functionality.
Seat shell: formed and welded steel wire, chrome-plated or epoxy-finished. The epoxy-finished version is suitable for outdoor use.
Base: Four-legged base with crossbars, surface finish matching the seat shell. Equipped with plastic glides. Felt glides for indoor/hard floors available as an option.
