The PH 80 Table pays tribute to Poul Henningsen and his famous ‘PH series’, incorporating the principle of multiple lampshades to diffuse indirect, soft, glare-free light. Originally designed in 1974 to celebrate the designer's 80th birthday, the PH 80 continues his visionary approach to lighting, which is both functional and aesthetic.
This table version retains the timeless aesthetic of the historic model and blends harmoniously into classic or contemporary interiors, both residential and professional. Its opaline lampshades and refined metal details emphasise its iconic character.
Materials & finishes:
- Injection-moulded opaline PMMA lampshades; transparent PC diffuser; cone, heat sink, top of base and base in cast aluminium; base in extruded aluminium.
- Opal white lampshades; red or white cone; white or black acrylic top of the stem; white or shiny chrome stem; black or white base.
Technical characteristics:
- Power supply: 2.5 m textile cord with mains plug.
- Control: Integrated on/off switch on the cord.
- Lighting: diffused, glare-free light thanks to the layered lampshades.
