Meteorite was born from the search for a new sensibility, a new expressive language for the lighting of blown glass. The starting point was our fantasy for the "beaten" Venetian glass, for the grinding effect and for the strong charm of the "unfinished" feeling that this type of process brings to the glass. We have designed a special process of blowing and grinding the glass, which allows to obtain an impressive depth of light in the illuminated object, and to make this beauty accessible or - we could say - democratic. Pio and Tito Toso. A family of lamps composed of four different types, with a double-layer art glass diffuser obtained by means of the artisanal technique of glass blowing followed by frosting.
