The Mademoiselle armchair, created in 2012 by Philippe Starck for Kartell, combines a light, transparent structure with a generous seat cushion, offering a silhouette that is modern, elegant and easy to integrate into many interiors. Its polycarbonate structure, available in transparent or solid-coloured versions, emphasises the purity of the lines and highlights the workmanship of the fabric.

The seat is made of flexible polyurethane, containing up to 65% recycled material, and is covered with fabric in several prestigious finishes. Depending on the edition, Mademoiselle can be upholstered in Liberty® fabric made from natural fibres with iconic patterns, Rubelli Quatrefoil® fabric designed by Luke Edward Hall, or Missoni® fabrics, famous for their vibrant textures and colourful patterns.

This diversity of upholstery allows Mademoiselle to adapt to a variety of settings, from understated chic to bold decorative styles. Compact, comfortable and graphic, the armchair fits just as well in a living room as in a bedroom, office or hotel space looking for an expressive seat in a compact format.
