Unveiled as one of Kartell’s new products at the 2026 Salone del Mobile in Milan, Aurora, designed by Philippe Starck, features a suspended structure with fluid lines that combines recycled materials and renewable raw materials.
The diffuser, made from mass-dyed recycled PMMA, ensures even light distribution, whilst the upper section, crafted from bio-based Polycarbonate 2.0, provides visual lightness and a seamless finish. Its generous 57 cm size makes it equally suited to residential spaces and commercial projects.
Supplied with two E27 LED bulbs, Aurora provides 4600 lm of light at 2700K with a CRI of 80, suitable for indoor environments requiring warm, diffused light.
The quality of dimming depends on the LED bulb used and the dimmer. For optimal results, we recommend using high-quality dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer. To ensure compatibility and dimming quality, we recommend having your installation checked by a qualified electrician.
