"The models EA 117, EA 118 and EA 119 are the work chairs of the Aluminium Group of Charles and Ray Eames. The seat tilt mechanism can be adjusted to suit the user's weight, providing optimum comfort. The upholstery is available in a wide range of colours, making it easy to find the ideal chair for any home office. The Aluminium Chair EA 119 differs from the models EA 117 and EA 118 by its higher backrest. EA 118 has a slightly narrower seat; the sitting position on this model is more specifically suited to tabletop activities.

Backrest and seat: EA 118 with medium-height backrest and sitting position facing the table. Medium-high, swivelling backrest with armrests. High-frequency welded upholstery units in Hopsak, leather or Premium leather. Side profiles and aluminium tensioning brackets
injected, with polished or chrome or dark black epoxy finish.
Seat mechanism: adjustable back tilt, can be locked in upright position. Seat height infinitely adjustable by gas spring.
Armrests: die-cast aluminium, polished or chrome-plated or powder-coated in dark black.
Legs: five-star die-cast aluminium base with polished or chrome-plated finish or dark black powder-coated finish. With hard castors for carpeting or castors.
