A.I. LOUNGE, the new armchair in the A.I. family, combines sustainable materials with comfort and graphic design to create a sense of perspective and well-being in our living spaces.

A living-room armchair where the lines, a distinctive feature of the collection, combine with a totally comfortable seat. Available both indoors and outdoors (A.I. Lounge Outdoor version). The added value of A.I. is that it is the first product family designed by an artificial intelligence that has responded to the expertise of the company (Kartell) and the input from the designer (Philippe Starck).

In concrete terms, creative thinking, company know-how and artificial intelligence have come together to design a product that has been entirely developed by an algorithm that respects the designer's and the company's parameters, i.e. to create a comfortable chair that meets all the structural requirements for strength and solidity. Naturally, without neglecting one of Kartell's core values: to create an industrial product of the highest aesthetic quality, obtained by injection moulding.

Technopolymer: This polymer comes from pure, uncontaminated resources collected from various sectors such as furniture, automotive, household appliances and packaging, ensuring that the recycled material maintains both aesthetic standards and structural requirements. Thanks to this project, unused industrial materials are given a new lease of life, transformed into design objects that are both beautiful and functional.
