Designed by Linde Freya Tangelder for Cassina, Wax Stone is inspired by a series of sculptural columns composed of hand-blown Murano glass blocks. This pendant light reinterprets those original volumes into a luminaire suited to a wide range of interior spaces.
Each diffuser is crafted from Murano glass blown into a cast-iron mould by skilled artisans. Its irregular surface texture, created through a hand-finishing process using wax, makes every piece unique.
Dimming performance depends on the installation and control system used.
