Aesthetic, elegant and precious. Teakwood is the Rolls-Royce of wooden parasols. Natural teak, top-of-the-range leather tabs for cord storage, a double pulley, reinforced canvas corners with leather inserts and stainless steel fittings at the ends of the ribs. The inimitable art of parasol-making, distinguished by an age-old tradition.

The double pulley ensures that the parasol can be opened quickly and easily, and is only available in the top-of-the-range 4 or 5 canvas qualities. The height-adjustable slider is locked in place with a chain-linked metal pin. The ribs are securely screwed in place, and a metal guard at the end of the natural teak pole ensures durability. Teakwood combines aesthetics with an exemplary finish in the Glatz tradition.

Fabric quality cat. 4: 100% polyester fabric approx. 250 g/m², solution dyed, colour fastness 7, UVPROTECTION > 98%, easy care, stain and mildew resistant. Optimum protection against direct exposure to ultraviolet rays. Not recommended for areas exposed to strong winds.

Fabric quality cat. 5: 100% polyacrylic fabric approx. 300 g/m², solution dyed, colour fastness 7-8, UVPROTECTION > 98%, stain, water and oil repellent, anti-mould treatment. Optimum protection against direct exposure to ultraviolet rays. Recommended for areas exposed to strong winds.

Resistance to fading (first colour changes): The higher the fabric quality (e.g. polyacrylic), the stronger the colour fastness: Level 7-8, changes from 350 to 700 days / Level 7, changes around 350 days / Level 5-6, changes from 80-160 days.

Protective cover: Included, extends the life of the fabric and slows down bleaching.
