Find out more about this product
Designed by Swedish studio Note Design Studio, the Pelagus table brilliantly combines Scandinavian minimalism and functional robustness. Whether for a sunny lunch, a dinner under the stars or a moment of sharing in the open air, it stands out as an elegant and timeless centrepiece.
With its powder-coated aluminium frame, Pelagus combines lightness, stability and weather resistance. Its 100% FSC-certified solid teak top brings a warm and natural touch, subtly contrasting with the finesse of its base. Selected for its exceptional durability, teak develops a patina over time that enhances its authentic character.
Available with a fixed tabletop that can be extended at both ends with optional 50.5 cm extensions, Pelagus adapts to any occasion. Its ingenious extension system makes it easy to enlarge the space, offering an ideal solution for family meals as well as large summer gatherings. This modularity makes this table a must-have for modern outdoor spaces.
Whether on an urban terrace, a sunny patio or a tree-lined garden, the Pelagus table fits naturally into any setting. Paired with chairs from the same collection, it creates a harmonious whole, conducive to relaxation and shared moments.
Weight: 30 kg
Images: Illustrative, the actual visual appearance is faithfully reproduced in a way that images or photos, of varying quality depending on the screen, cannot.
Maintenance: Although this outdoor furniture is designed to harmonise with natural elements, like all quality furniture it requires special attention. This need for care is not a constraint, but rather an invitation to forge a deeper bond with this furniture which, with a little attention, will share many precious moments with you, under the sun or the stars.
Teak naturally turns grey after 2 to 3 months of exposure to the sun, a development that can be appreciated as it is or can be prevented by applying a treatment 3 to 4 times a year.
To treat teak and maintain its original colour, it is recommended to use teak oil specially designed for outdoor wood, which can generally be purchased in DIY and gardening shops. It is advisable to choose a quality oil, suited to the climatic conditions of your region and the specific characteristics of teak.
