Designed by Julien Renault, the Layout Armchair 214 offers an enveloping and refined interpretation of the Layout design, combining comfort, functionality and circularity.
Its shell, made from post-consumer recycled polypropylene (≥ 96%), is padded with moulded foam and fully upholstered – in fabric or leather – offering a particularly welcoming seat and backrest. The iconic opening in the backrest preserves the chair's visual lightness while improving comfort.
The tubular steel base, available in a chrome or powder-coated finish, provides stability and elegance thanks to its slim, balanced lines. Designed to last, the Layout Armchair 214 can be completely dismantled, facilitating repair, renovation and extension of its life cycle.
Available in a wide range of fabrics and olive leaf-tanned leathers, it fits naturally into offices, restaurants, public spaces and domestic interiors, offering a sustainable, versatile and comfortable seating solution.
