Designed by Angelo Mangiarotti in 1978 and reissued by Karakter in collaboration with Cassina, Lari draws inspiration from the forms and materials of architecture. Crafted from a single block of mouth-blown glass resting on a simple steel base, it highlights traditional glassmaking craftsmanship.
Its generously proportioned rectangular silhouette and vertically textured glass provide an even light distribution, while the dimmer integrated into the cable allows the light intensity to be adjusted with ease.
