The Earnest extendable table reinvents the timeless Scandinavian wooden table by offering new perspectives.

Made from FSC™-certified wood (FSC-C028824), this table features sculptural arch-shaped legs, a sleek profile, and a lightweight top. The extension leaves, which attach to either side of the table using manual pulls and a secure lock, are also made from certified solid oak.

Available in two sizes, the smaller version comfortably seats 6 and extends to seat 10, while the larger version seats 8 and extends to seat 12. When extended, the table retains its original shape, but the wood grain of the extensions stands out from that of the top, adding a unique touch. It goes perfectly with all Muuto chairs.

** Extensions: the Earnest table's extensions, which can be inserted at either end of the frame, are made of FSC™-certified solid oak and treated with a light or dark oil. They are not included and can be purchased separately.

Maintenance (as recommended by Muuto): Upon receipt of your table, Muuto recommends treating the top, bottom and base with a special oak wood oil, improving its resistance to stains and fluids. Continue to maintain the product by repeating this treatment 2 or 3 times a year. For light-oiled oak products, use a table oil with a small amount of white pigment, suitable for food applications. For dark oiled oak products, use a smoked table oil, also suitable for food applications.

Precautions (as recommended by Muuto): Avoid placing the table near heat sources. Do not place hot or wet objects directly on the tabletop to avoid marking it. Metal objects can also leave marks if left on the table for a long time. Any spillages should be removed immediately to prevent discolouration. Clean the table top regularly with a soft, dry cloth, following the grain of the wood. Avoid exposure to excessive humidity, heat or direct sunlight. Store extension leads separately.
