The Plastic Chair by Charles and Ray Eames is available in a wide range of bases, making it possible to find the right model for the most diverse situations and locations. The Pivot Side Chair Cast Base on Castors (PSCC) is ideal for a home office. It offers great seating comfort thanks to its organic swivel shell with suspension and infinite height adjustment.
The seat shell of this chair is made from tinted polypropylene, and from 1 January 2024 from 100% recyclable tinted recycled RE polypropylene. The white version (White 04), which cannot be made from the new RE material, will continue to be produced in conventional polypropylene. Like the seat shells of the Eames Plastic Side Chair PSCC RE, the white version of the old versions is fully recyclable at the end of its life.
Due to the composition of the RE recycled material, the colours of the RE polypropylene seat shell may show very subtle pigment stains.

In the same series: the Eames Plastic Side Chair PSCC is available in versions with an upholstered/upholstered seat pad screwed to the underside of the shell (art. 440 336 00) or with a fully upholstered seat pad covered in fabric, attached to the shell with a strap (art. 440 337 00). These two versions offer different combinations of shell and/or upholstery colours.
