Designed by Gaetano Pesce in 1980 and reissued by Cassina in 2026 in a version developed for outdoor environments, Dalila Outdoor marks the return of the iconic small armchair from the designer’s archives. This reinterpretation brings the radical essence of the original design outdoors, making its sculptural form a central element of dining spaces.
The flexible polyurethane foam structure coated with a thin coloured elastomer layer highlights the model’s characteristic organic volumes. Cassina employs a dedicated manufacturing technique that minimises visible joints in order to preserve the continuity and purity of the form.
