Certifications : Batiplus is a climate-neutral company and certified > Eco Entreprise Excellence, Corporate Citizenship, ISO 9001 & 14001.

Transforming a crisis into an opportunity is what the employees of Batiplus SA have achieved since 2020. Forced not to organize various marketing activities I decided last June to allocate the budget and marketing efforts to pursue a certification process of the company's activities, and a study on its environmental impact.

These steps are part of the permanent optimization of the processes and the quality of the various activities of Batiplus SA. They were facilitated by the tools already in place, organized by functional process, as well as a strong digitalization of the company for more than 10 years.

The certification work was carried out by the management with the support of Projet21 and its director Jérôme Kolly. The certification audit was carried out by Mr. Stéphane Perrottet of EdelCert & InSpectorat Sàrl.

These certifications were delivered on March 11, 2021 and are valid for 3 years.

Batiplus SA offsets 100% of its gas emissions in 2021.

In addition to this work, Batiplus SA commissioned Dr. Werner Halter of Climate Services SA to carry out a carbon footprint of Batiplus SA's activities.

The results of this study have highlighted the possible points of improvement for the company, which aims to reduce its emissions by 50% by 2030.

To achieve this, the following measures are planned

Increasing telecommuting opportunities to reduce emissions from employee commuting.
Changing the vehicle fleet to 100% electric cars.
Implementing a climate-neutral purchasing solution for our customers.
Selection of environmentally friendly products, or products from an efficient recycling chain.
Offsetting carbon emissions by purchasing certificates and allocating this funding to projects in Switzerland.
To offset its 2021 emissions, Batiplus has chosen the Swiss non-profit organization ON A MISSION, which allows companies and individuals to invest in carefully selected sustainable reforestation projects.

All employees and management are delighted to have passed these certifications with flying colors, and are looking forward to a future that takes into account a strong CSR that is part of their daily lives.
