BIG IRONY products have intentionally not been painted because the surface irregularity is the characteristic that makes them so special. Their daily use will form stains forming a patina which renders the surface even more beautiful. To clean it use a non aggressive/soft detergent as you would with wood. Frame/top: phosphated steel sheet.
