Gift cards will be sent once payment has been received. They can only be used in our stores in Puidoux and Porrentruy, either for direct purchases or orders.
The customer is responsible for checking the condition of the card upon receipt. In the event of a defect or discrepancy with the order, a complaint must be made immediately by letter or email. Subsequent complaints will not be considered.
The gift card is transferable and must therefore be treated as cash. Batiplus accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to the card and will not issue a replacement.
Purchased gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for other cards.
