The AMBIENTE is GLATZ's largest free-arm sunshade, with a diameter of up to five metres, and impresses with its stable structure. While the support frames and the sunshade canopy are made of die-cast aluminium profiles, the control cable is made up of cables and a rustproof threaded spindle. The sunshade canopy can be opened and closed conveniently using a hand crank or an optional motor drive. If the AMBIENTE is fixed to the ground, depending on the size of the sunshade, it can easily withstand winds of up to 40 km/h.

The fabric :
Fabric quality cat. 5: 100% polyacrylic fabric approx. 300 g/m², solution dyed, colour fastness 7-8, UVPROTECTION > 98%, stain, water and oil repellent, anti-mould treatment. Optimum protection against direct exposure to ultraviolet rays. Recommended for areas exposed to strong winds.
Resistance to fading (first colour changes): The higher the fabric quality (e.g. polyacrylic), the stronger the colour fastness: Level 7-8, changes from 350 to 700 days.
Protective cover: Using a protective cover can extend the life of the fabric and slow down bleaching. Glatz therefore recommends its use.
Other options on request: Motorisation for maximum comfort / LED lighting with infinitely variable brightness control, directly, indirectly and on the pole, colour temperature 2700 K (warm white), 4000-5500 lumens (depending on size) / Swivel foot.
