Allumette M boldly reinterprets the Venetian tradition of arm chandeliers by freeing them from symmetry.

Designed by Francesca Lanzavecchia for Foscarini, this 11-light LED pendant lamp stands out for its asymmetrical composition, which is light, dynamic and theatrical. A true centrepiece, it transforms the space into a luminous tableau of accents, reflections and changing perspectives.

Its arms, of varying lengths and angles, spread out around a central body in an apparently unstable but perfectly controlled balance. The powder-coated steel and aluminium structure asserts a geometric rigour that is subtly contrasted by the flexibility of the braided textile cables, which are fully integrated into the design of the object.

At the end of each arm, an ultra-bright PMMA light tube exploits the principle of light guidance: the LED positioned at the base diffuses its light to the delicately satin-finished, concave upper part. The effect evokes a series of small suspended flames. The light is first directed towards the ceiling, then gently diffuses throughout the room, creating a warm and contemporary atmosphere reminiscent of the magic of a traditional chandelier.

Perfect above a rectangular or round table, Allumette M fits naturally into contemporary living spaces and contract projects, bringing distinctive elegance and assertive character.

Available in several finishes, including bright white, captivating blue and a refined combination of grey and burgundy cables.
