"Charles and Ray Eames designed the small, sturdy LTR (Low Table Rod Base) end table in 1950 and later used it in various ways in their home, the famous Eames House.
Wooden table top: oiled solid wood; natural oak, smoked oak or American walnut.
Wood origin: oak (Quercus robur) from Western Europe and/or Poland; American walnut (Juglans nigra) from the United States.
HPL tabletop: plywood core, surface made of high pressure laminate.
Gold Leaf tabletop: plywood core, gold surface with colourless coating.
Veneer top: American cherry (United States).
Legs: Chrome-plated steel wire or epoxy finish".
