" Developed by Jean Prouvé, the Fauteuil de Salon is a typical example of the distinctive structural aesthetics of his creations. The chair's discreet character suits a wide variety of interiors, and its ample upholstery and oiled solid wood armrests suggest a welcoming comfort.
Seat and backrest: polyurethane upholstery; fabric or leather upholstery.
Seat height: 415 mm (340 mm with applied load, measured according to EN 1335-1).
Armrests: oiled solid wood; natural oak, smoked oak or American walnut.
Legs: folded sheet steel and tubular steel, epoxy finished (smooth).
Glides: carpet glides or felt glides for hard floors.
Origin of wood: oak (Quercus robur) from Western Europe and/or Poland; American walnut (Juglans nigra) from the United States".
